Remote Viewing and the GAME of Life

The CIA 'Stargate project' was the US government sponsored remote viewing program. Physicists Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff ran the program for SRI (Stanford Research Institute)

• Caveat Emptor - some absolute gems of information are available to a psychic, but by doing this stuff you enter into a game with someone who knows you as well as you know yourself. Rule number ONE is look after number ONE.
• A Remote Viewer is a person who has accepted the possibility of receiving or sending information via telepathy. I would refer to this as 'natural' telepathy [Psychic comms MAP] [jpg download]. As outlined in the diagram there would appear to be TWO people (A & B) providing most of the information. While there is often a grain of truth in both 'stories' , one side is often much more accurate. Remember, This type of information is generally ONLY said once.
• It is also quite possible to receive information via the Microwave Auditory Effect, aka Synthetic Telepathy. This type of information you may well hear 'REPEATEDLY'
• However, to muddy the waters between 'real' and Synthetic Telepathy, you need to be aware that an inherent part of the 'GAME' of real telepathy involves either A or B playing the ROLE of the ' HECKLER ' 'a purveyor of mischievous disinformation'. I note that it is often the slightly exasperated voice that is imparting the more accurate information, While the "calm; " my best mate " ; let's do it properly voice" is actually putting you off. This is probably the single biggest contributing factor to the ' Near Miss' scenario of Remote Viewing. A tantalizing carrot dangled in front of the viewer, because 'after the fact' they Know that there was some high value information imparted. However, the Hit rate is a lot lower than it could be. There are potentially a couple of ways to improve your hit rate. [1] to use cross checking. [2] to store your thoughts in a system that time stamps and helps you organize the information. As a general rule, the really HIGH value information is SAID ONLY ONCE, and there is no particular emphasis placed to act on it. ( The key pharse is Laissez faire ... Information delivered from a distance, to use as you sse fit ) If we rely on SOMEONE else to translate a lot of that information for us (maybe 97.5 % of it ), that ' TRANSLATOR' would be in effect the gate keeper of the information, ( and maybe We can't always rely on the gatekeeper to act in OUR best interests, < CAVEAT EMpTOR > .
• WHY is there a HECKLER? . Say there are TWO teams; both of whom believe in a powerful 'Field' force and Entities that interact with people.
• Let's call one of the local teams 'The Freemasons' and let's call the other local team 'Notafreemason'. The Freemason team see all this information and many of those that impart the information, as a 'natural resource', to be harvested ! They also see the other team as SHEEP, to be herded if anyway they choose; and sometimes they find themselves 'just thinning the herd' .
• But wait there's a catch. TWO teams. TWO sponsors. well not quite. What WE have is TWO different views on the key issue of SACRIFICE. It is convenient to say each player( of whom there are many, both near and far) has signed up to ONE team on that issue, but I strongly suspect the REFEREE in this game has a foot in each camp.
• What REALLY divides the two teams is their willingness to look the other way on this issue of SACRIFICE. It is key, because it drives the whole economic system that we currently use; basically an age old system of slash and burn and renewal and harvest.
• The KEY question here, going forward, is how much of this system is now outsourced to the people on the Planet. I say this, because in terms of; if you break it ... you fix it; slash and burn when applied to the Upper Atmosphere could end the game prematurely. The BIG toys now available, first envisaged by Nikola Tesla and his sponsor , John Jacob Astor could now cause us all a career ending injury. ( HAARP )
• If this was a Football game in which the same " local "owner, owned both of the teams, and the ' owner' just loves the game so much, that he can't help himself from giving each side really helpful information and even want's to practice his Kraft by ' playing ' occasionally; The Manager's of those teams would NEED to exercise EXTRA ordinary care on any advice they receive, knowing full well that they may find the Owner kicking the ball both ways.
• The destructive power that Technology had given us was recognised in the 1880's. In order to avoid causing too much damage, some enterprising chap, packed his suitcase and went on a world tour to strike a deal with all the players who had not yet signed up. Details of the presentation this chap delivered, and the busines model he presented are still a bit 'hush, hush' , even today.

• The HECKLER will also use either inducements or bullying tactics very similar to those outlined on the psychotronics page. This is very DANGEROUS, as some of those people who are bullied or seduced, wield enormous power and influence over the lives of others. After persistent bullying they will develop a mind set of SO WHAT, anything for a quiet life, LOOK the OTHER WAY. I believe that the only defence against this is the HONESTY to admit that it is happening.
• One team tries to put the other off. The NET effect is that EVERYBODY looses by this arrangement.
• How Do they interact with people ? >
• In September 2006 it was reported in Nature that Shahar Arzy and colleagues of the University Hospital, Geneva, Switzerland, had unexpectedly reproduced an effect strongly reminiscent of the doppelgänger phenomenon via the electromagnetic stimulation of a patient's brain. They applied focal electrical stimulation to a patient's left temporoparietal junction while she lay flat on a bed. The patient immediately felt the presence of another person in her "extrapersonal space."
• If you happen to see a master mason disappear to the 'chamber' in the temple for a quiet little chat (by them self) you now know to whom they are talking ... or do you/they? ... because as already pointed out on this page, there is not only deceit within the game, but also a number of different technical sources for such a silent 'two way' conversation.

• However, before you get Special Branch to rush down to John Lewis and order you a Faraday cage, consider this:
• A Faraday cage will shield you from electric fields created from rapidly-changing magnetic fields. Static or slowly-changing magnetic fields penetrate the cage.
• NEUTRINOS are like electrons but NOT charged. They pass through just about everything, including the centre of the SUN. Other exotic particles such as Gluon's may hold the key to an enhanced knowledge of the law's of physics and the scientific proof of the possible (time) applications of such an enhanced knowledge of physics.
• Los Alamos National Laboratory state: Humans emit 340 million neutrinos per day; 100,000 billion pass through your body each second from the sun; YET their current estimate is that Your body will only stop ~1 neutrino which passes through it in a lifetime!

• What is the role of the psychic if the actual interaction is with an electromagnetic energy source ?
• [1] To give physical voice or writing to such information as is received.
• [2] As a counter or a piece in 'the game' against whom a score can be attributed, in terms of information delivery. The psychic can only positively influence outcomes in terms of the information that they successfully deliver. This can still lead to a very uncomfortable dichotomy. There have been occasions when I have suspected that events I have been told about are not entirely random occurrences i.e. some interaction has contributed to these incidence. However, the psychic is left with very little choice; if you suspect that a event is likely to happen; The best you can do is try and illicit the most accurate information possible and publish it where people can see it.
• There is also the argument that One or more of the Providers of information attempt to TURN or use SPIN on the information which has been provided (possibly from one of the other sources, or just make their own clues really difficult).
• More brazenly, back in 2007 I had a 'conversation' in thought with one of the Providers of this information. The context of the chat was simply that in order for us to get on harmoniously, I would need to TURN A BLIND EYE to some of their activities. 'Goody TWO shoes as I am un affectionately referred to by this party, now goes to quite some length EVERY day to make my life a bit more difficult. But as 'Teflon' Don, Rumsfeld has taught us, if you turn a Blind EYE , SHIT HAPPENS.
• Fortunately for humanity, the Superpowers, who also do this psychic stuff, worked out, before it was TOO late, that some of the entities we talk too, like to do impersonations of people. They are VERY good at it and can create a false impression that leads to a REAL argument quite easily. It is just a pity that they didn't choose to share this finding with the public at large, since similar misleading 'game play' affects everyday people, all the time, and most of them never realise it because they weren't looking out for it.
• The use of science and research can help to minimise the impact of events.
• With regard to accuracy I am aware of the following argument. Those in authority monitor the output from Psychics; they then place some false information with the psychics using voice-to-skull or similar subtle communication medium. Using the formula (original output) - (the Bullshit we told them) = True picture. I know this has happened, but I DO NOT attribute this as the largest factor effecting prediction accuracy:
• When you realize that you are getting information, which is both significant and beyond statistical chance, you may also be told by your 'Sponsor', the source is extraterrestrial. You're a bit shocked, but an even bigger shock is just around the corner. Your 'Sponsor' then tells you that there are other extraterrestrials, whom you will be playing against in this game. I suspect this is sometimes the source of the really subtle "nah, i don't think I'll bother to write that detail down', information which subsequently may prove really significant. Forewarned is forearmed. It's always your responsibility. The information was there, you could have written it down. The reason you 'know you've been tangoed' is that that the 'missed information; is often used as a 'club' by which the other team beats you by 'berating your inadequacy'. This dents your confidence and sets you up to miss the next ball. The KNOWLEDGE of ALL of us will always exceed the knowledge of any ONE of us. A much more open and honest policy to the recording and publishing of this type of data would, I suspect, result in greater accuracy.

• Before we discuss 'real telepathy', we just need to do a quick review of 'Synthetic Telepathy' The Stuff that the Ministry of 'funny talks' might do to throw you off the scent.
• Microwave Auditory Effect and other subliminal techniques can cause a number of effects which make deciphering information more difficult. I noticed the following effects:
• Word Association - You notice that whenever you hear a single word, your mind immediately makes some kind of word association.
• Noticing details that previously wouldn't have registered, like skin colour or handicap etc. This may well be accompanied by derogatory words which are associated with whatever is in your field of vision.
• Awaking repeatedly at at a time that breaks your sleep pattern, probably about 3am.
• Walking past people in the street who seem to be talking about something personal to you. (the well documented phenomenon of Gang Stalking).
• The unnerving feeling that when you are watching TV, the people on TV can hear what you are thinking. The whole game is based on stimuli and feedback. Someone only needs to know which channel you are watching and then use ultrasound or the microwave auditory effect to make you believe that you are receiving targeted feedback from the TV. You could take this a step further by tapping the cable feed to the TV and actually altering the content. Subliminal Behaviour Modification Through TV, was first reported in the CIA paper " The Operational Potential of Subliminal Perception ", in 1958.
• There are a lot of similar effects, which are actually not that difficult to achieve, and can have a very detrimental effect on your mind, whether you are just trying to do every day stuff, or if you are trying to decipher a psychic puzzle. It's quite hard enough without any additional interference.

• The information a Remote Viewer receives can come from a number of sources. It may be from another person; e.g. The co-ordinate Remote Viewing carried out at Stanford Research Institute. However, the technology that allows this transfer to take place is Extraterrestrial Intelligence utilizing the Zero Point Field. In order to have precognition of the future requires access to an Intelligence which can travel a lot faster than the Speed of light. • "Consciousness is the programming language of the universe; we are consciousness conductors, and we are the ones who are targeted on Earth because we are the ones who transmit the reality. If you switch off your brain or you are manipulated and modulated, then that reality is no longer your own but becomes someone else’s" [Quote from the following video at about 8:40 min]

 

• 21-09-2007 Daily Telegraph reports : Parallel universes really do exist, according to a mathematical discovery by Oxford scientists.
• One gets the impression that there is a message relay taking place. There is some 'presence', close to you, and they seem to know what will happen in the short term future, 5-10 seconds ahead (see presentiment, left sidebar). However, Longer term outcomes seem to be in the form of a message delivered to your "'unseen friend' from a greater distance. It sounds far fetched, but there is an increasing amount of research into this phenomenon. This article in Pravda suggests that Death is only an interchange station between two worlds.
• Assuming this hypothesis is correct, you might reasonably ask why would such intelligent beings only gift technology and tip off's regarding future events to a few government officials and a small group of men who like wearing aprons ? ... well clearly they don't, there are gift's of knowledge, given freely, all around us e.g. the Ancient Tribes who Survived the 2004 Tsunami. But it is up to the individual as to whether they take this advice.
• I'm not saying that Extra Terrestrials are inveterate gamblers, but imagine for a moment being able to travel faster than the speed of light and knowing all possible future outcomes. The future consists of many possible outcomes. In order to influence which outcome becomes 'reality' you may need to work quite hard. It takes a certain amount of effort on behalf of the giver of the necessary information to influence an outcome. In return, it is appropriate that this effort is reciprocated by the receiver.
• The "currency" in this GAME is time. Time is the most valuable thing we posses, you can SELL it to someone else, but you can NEVER buy it back again. However, there are prizes available in this GAME, and when the psychic/Viewer gets it right, the reward paid in TIME or information can be enormous. One has to be careful about how much TIME you devote to any particular project. There appear to be different 'sponsors' for each psychic investigation. Some use your time very wisely, just a couple of minutes for VERY high value information. The defining characteristic here is the information probably won't be repeated and there won't be much burden placed on the 'viewer' to act on that information. I refer to this as 'Making good use of the things that we find, Things that the Everyday Folks leave behind'.

• Any game has winners and losers. Each side will try and use skill and judgment to win. As a Remote Viewer you are just participating more actively for one of the sides in the game. [ I can neither confirm nor deny that a pentagon official recently described it as like 'working with a bunch of kids'. I prefer Gene Roddenberry's analogy of an entity he described as 'The Continuum'.

• The information is generally in your own 'speaking' or thinking voice (as if you were 'thinking' through some problem), but there is clearly 'content' coming from somewhere else. You could describe it as an eXtension of your intuition. It starts quite quietly and is said 'ONLY ONCE'. If you hear only half a line, and then it stops mid sentence, just ignore it, don't try to 'fill in the blanks'. Your brain will naturally try and make sense of it, but it's unlikely to be an accurate pre-cognition.
• The structure of the information received from an ET source tends to consist of short phrases. Some of these contain 'as stated' information, but more often the phrase will be a clue requiring a little research. The reason is simply that it is Human nature to take stuff for granted. Scientists do not generally accept that RV is even possible. In order to be able to 'make the grade' with this stuff you have to show a willingness to work stuff out, and not just expect it to be presented on a plate.
• The information is rarely outside your own frame of reference. Therefore if you happen to be an Astrophysicist, you may get some tips on this kind of science. Equally if you are an animal lover, you might get a tip on the care of animals. But whatever your personal area of experience is, if you don't know something you will be encouraged to go and read up on it, rather than just being told the answer.
• The best analogy I have is that it is like "a connect the dots picture". When trying to connect the dots you may be tempted to check the work of other psychics, as I was when looking into the case of Sally Anne Bowman. At that time I had a first name of Mark, which proved to be accurate, but a surname of Mockton, which was later corrected to a location of Flockton. I noticed that a psychic called Joe Power had the surname of 'White'. The first phrase that occurred to me was 'like Marco Pierre White', i.e. A chef. The important point to remember is that the 'connect the dots picture' is likely to be personal to each psychic. You must always be prepared to look laterally rather than looking for absolute values.
• The Holy Grail of Remote Viewing: WHY DOES IT ONLY WORK SOMETIMES ? It's easy to miss one or more of the clues. Typically, up front there may be a couple of key phrases to give some idea of the event , and then a number of short key phrases or clues e.g. a place or name. Obviously the more of these you spot, the more accurate the prediction. Generally, these are said only ONCE. The best thing, if you give this a try, is to have a pad of paper, a day journal. When for no apparent reason you suddenly think of a place, name or even a question, just jot it down. Sometimes these may to extraneous, e.g. someone just said that phrase on the other side of the room. But the more you do this, the clearer it becomes. You can't help but make a mental note; oh, hello it's one of those strange random thoughts that I probably ought to jot down.
• There would also seem to be a dual nature to whatever intelligence is the source of these amazing insights. One a bit keener to help than the other. Quite often it seems like some kind of deal is being struck to get the information, as in a game with a Devils advocate. Assuming you get two stories about a future event, e.g. one says a wave 6 inch high , while the other says a wave 6 ft high; try to write THEM BOTH out as fully as possible. I have often made a judgment about focusing on only one side of the 'story', only to realize once the event took place that it was the facts I thought less likely which actually took place. By knowing 'the rules' you may become a better player.
• In light of the official findings into the usefulness of the Stargate program, I suspect that the viewers accuracy was a good deal better than some would like to admit, but I also find it plausible that on a number of occasions, those in charge may have felt that they had been left exposed, "Dick in hand pissing against the wind". I expect this line was taken -- We are never going to get 100% accurate information and we certainly aren't ready to accept that this information is extra terrestrial in origin. END of project. I would also note that although a lot of information has been released regarding the Stargate projects, 40 percent remains CLASSIFIED.
• If you do this stuff you must accept that 'It is ALWAYS your Fault'. If the prediction is accurate then you are accused of having some other prior knowledge, if it's inaccurate, then you are a sham. That's just the way it is. DON't expect anyone in official circles to come and talk to you. It's a good idea to send yourself email, to timestamp what you knew and when you knew it.
• Physical sensations - very little and quite subtle, but you might notice a slight draft or sensation in your hair.
• If you think you are starting to get significant information, Draw a timeline. A typical 'project' might have up to 4 'given' bits of information, i.e. a date, an event,a place and then some clues. Try 'NOT' to make too many assumptions about what you've heard. Initially the clue might seem completely irrelevant, but if you don't follow the clue to it's conclusion, then you won't get the true picture.
• Improving Prediction Accuracy.
• [1] [Project Naming] remove -BIAS- keep an OPEN Mind . Whenever you get a thought to record some details, you may be tempted to give this 'project' a name. e.g. if the initial information is about Hawaii, you may be very tempted to call the project rv_Hawaii. The problem is that this creates BIAS/weighting in your own mind towards one attribute of the project. Within the Time_Frame of any project, a number of details could be relayed, relating to a number of events and locations. A good idea is to call the project by an abstract name, e.g. rv_project-1; then include all the details as attributes of this project.

• CROSS (X) Checking (So you have some information about a future event. HOW do you check whether that information is accurate BEFORE the event occurs ?
• [Method 1] :Timeline Xcheck Events, i.e. a tip about something else that will happen in a nearer timeframe than the 'Target' event. > example 1

• [Method 2] : Xcheck phrases.
• > Write down the Question/Hypothesis that you wish to test. Make it brief, i.e. a key phrase, and a closed question (Yes/No)
• > In reply you'll hear a "short phrase which you write down". This phrase should NOT include any reference to the words used in the question you are asking - It is Non-Associated searching. It is the relevance of a completely non associated search that you are assessing for relevance to the Topic/Question.
• > You'll then hear a search link number, which is the search result you go to in Google.
• > BEFORE you search you are then told WHAT to look for in the result. Write this down before doing the search.
• Type the search phrase into Google and select the search result number.
• Once in the 'result' document you may be prompted as to where to look. In this instance You are NOT just browsing the document for something of relevance. You are told before hand what to expect. However, it is often the case that you DO need to browse the document for the relevant information; whatever info you are given, you always need to look carefully; the clues are often clever and subtle. If it's working YOU'll KNow !
• If you find a strong correlation between the things you were told to expect and the content of the link resulting from the random search phrase, you can draw a confidence level from the relevance of the search result. This will vary from absolutely spot on to a bit relevant to not relevant at all. I have also found that if the search is not that relevant it may contain a clue as to how to refine/alter the question and repeat the test.
• Note: If you are trying to test two variables, remember that BOTH may be true to some degree; so you need to test both "var 1 AND var 2" as well as "var1 OR var2".
• [3] Words & Pictures - When you 'hear' a word or a name via telepathy, you may also think of a picture. Check that these match. The information is delivered as a thought; your mind translates this thought into a word within your 'retained knowledge'. Therefore, you need to be careful that you note down BOTH the word and the picture.

• How do I get started? ... just show some interest. If you read some of the books on Remote Viewing, you'll get an idea about what is possible; 'The Field' and Icons of the Field DVD by Lynne McTaggart, contain scientific research that investigates some of the mechanisms by which it works. Entangled Minds, Extrasensory Experiences in a Quantum Reality by Dean Radin, contains among other amazing statistics a 2003 review of experiments into "whether information at a distance could be perceived in dreams." The odds that the results were due to chance were 22 billion to ONE. (p 110)
