The experiment was confirmed in US Patent 6 587 729, “Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect”. This patent is for an improved version of the apparatus used in the 1973 laboratory experiment [by James C Sharp], issued on July 1, 2003 and assigned to the Secretary of the Air Force.

Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. Photosensitive cells called rods and cones convert light energy into electrical signals that are carried to the brain by the optic nerve. There are millions of rods and cones in the retina. However, the eye's sharpest vision comes from just 30,000 closely packed CONES . These are located in a tiny dimple in the middle of the retina called the fovea centralis (macula).
Only in the fovea centralis is each cone attached to an INDIVIDUAL NEURON to provide high resolution colour images. [Jan 1998] A wireless implantable multichannel digital neural recording system.
The eye is a photo/chemical converter that captures light and converts it into a sequence of electrical peaks. These signals are sent to the brain via neural pathways and the brain translates these signals into shape, colour and motion that we recognise.
Some clever software, known as vOICe, (developed in 1992 by Dr Peter Meijer) provides synthetic vision for blind people by converting an image from a camera to the various peaked signals which the brain can covert to a visual image. Vision acquisition of a sighted person can work in just the reverse of this process. A wireless neuron recording device acquires the electrical peaks from the eye and software converts these to an image.
The above scenario describes 'state of the art' image capture from the eye. You would need a very sensitive detector, especially if the signal was acquired from a great distance. However, When I woke up on April 02 2000, not only was there an unexplained dot of blood, left side of the neck, there was also what felt like a large grain of sand in my left eye, requiring vigorous blinking to remove the irritation.

STAGE 4 . You experience involuntary body movements. In March 2000 an unseen operator tried to encourage me to walk in front of an approaching train at Gloucester Road. One second I was 6 feet from the platform edge, the next I was 3 feet from the platform edge before I realized that someone was trying to steer me over the edge. Only later it sunk in that someone had just tried to Kill me. The use of Stimoceiver type technology, available since 1962, was the cause. After initial investigation, Jose Delgado discovered that the implant was not necessary. He could achieve similar results with pulsed electromagnetic energy. One technology to achieve this electronic harassment is pulsed microwaves acting as a carrier for ELF (extremely Low Frequencies). In September 2005 I wrote a letter of complaint to Slaughter and May Solicitors.
The last words I heard as I left the JLP building were "you're either with us or Against us". They're a little bit special, because they ALL own a small part of the business ! I wonder if they also own a Hypersonic Sound System or Audio Spotlight.
The Audio Spotlight, featured on Tomorrows World demonstrates a technology that can beam sound directly to a person. It combines ultrasound (above normal hearing) with ordinary sound to form a narrow beam. Clever stuff, with the potential for misuse.

The range of human hearing is about 20hz to 20,000 hz, but if you hear 100hz in one ear and 105hz in the other, the brain picks up on the difference in the beat frequency, e.g. 5 Hz. Brain waves operate between 0-30Hz. The Whole range of human emotion, from sleep to Rage can be induced by the correct frequency.
and then you discover the Tullio effect, or direct acoustic stimulation of the vestibular system, and you find yourself staring at a whole new ball game ! "Dizziness, nausea, and disturbances of postural equilibrium have been correlated with sound stimulation at intensities and frequencies lower than those, which are required to evoke nystagmus". In terms of this science lesson nystagmus = You staring involuntarily at someone's "private parts" and if you happen to loose your "postural equilibrium" while a fast moving train is approaching, you too will know that "you've been tangoed".

High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP)
A tool (with many uses) which can focus 1 billion watts "effective energy", heating and vibrating the ionosphere and delivering pulsed and modulated ELF back to earth. Expiratory muscles can be activated to produce a cough using high-frequency magnetic stimulation - The procedure was developed to assist individuals such as quadriplegic patients to clear fluid and was initially achieved by placing a stimulation coil over the lower back to activate the neural pathways stimulating the expiratory muscles. In the context of electronic harassment it is used to create repetitive coughing, that can lead to bronchitis. This kind of high-frequency magnetic stimulation also has an interesting side effect - Cough-Induced Anal Reflex. SO you approach your GP to tell them that you are not only hearing voices, but that someone is using a magic wand to poke you in the ARSE !

Metastatic means that the tumor (Malignant Melanoma in his case) originated from a primary tumor elsewhere. There was no other primary tumor in his body.
